Jill Stratton, Ph.D. serves as the Associate Dean of Undergraduate Residential Learning at Washington University in St. Louis where the students refer to her as "The Dean of Joy. With over 25 years of experience in higher education, she has invested a great deal of time and energy in researching career joy, strengths-based leadership, and the concept of creative flow.
