We had a marvelous time at Renessa's training. Everyone from the stewards to the supervising chefs was impacted. We laughed, we bonded and, more importantly, we raised the bar on our leadership and communication skills. We even keep our bandanas in our classroom and computer bags. People ask what it means and we say it reminds us that we are part of a team. We will definitely do this again!
